A feline hero surprised many when she brought not one but two kittens to safety. To top it off, she even snuck into a nursery to adopt two more little ones. It’s amazing how compassionate and nurturing animals can be.

Zayda, the Cat at Community Cat Club
Recently, the founder of Community Cat Club, Sara Sharp, was informed about a kitten in need of help. The kitten’s mother appeared to be neglecting her, so Sara contacted the family to take the baby in and ensure the mother was spayed if she wasn’t nursing. The family surrendered them, and it was a surprise to learn that the mother was a Sphynx cat. Sara was also surprised to discover that Zayda, the mother cat, loved her baby but wasn’t producing milk. This is not a common occurrence, as Sara mentioned to Love Meow.

Zayda made her way to the community cat club with a kitten in tow. The following day, she received a check-up at the veterinarian’s office to ensure she was healthy. However, during the examination, they were caught off guard with another unexpected development. A second kitten was found in Zayda’s womb, and she required an immediate C-section surgery.

At the community cat club, there was a delightful surprise when Zayda gave birth to a second kitten. Thankfully, Zayda was able to undergo surgery and was later reunited with her two kittens in a cozy nest. The team was overjoyed that they were able to provide Zayda with the care she needed to survive. Despite her inability to produce milk, Zayda remained devoted to her kittens, taking care of them and showing them love.

The Community Cat Club posted about the great teamwork between Sara and Zayda in taking care of their kittens. These two shared parenting duties and worked together to ensure that the little ones were well-taken care of. While Sara took on the responsibility of bottle-feeding the kittens, Zayda handled all the other mommy duties. During feeding times, Zayda would often sit on Sara’s lap, keeping an eye on her baby and soaking up all the attention she could get. Sara shared her experience with Love Meow.

Sara had a heartwarming experience at the Community Cat Club when Zayda, one of the kittens, hopped onto her lap during bottle-feeding time. As the kittens grew to be a week old, their eyes gradually opened and they were healthy and plump. Their mother was deeply devoted to them. At the same time, Sara received two other kittens who were orphaned and needed constant attention. They were so young that they could not regulate their body temperature. So, Sara took them under her wing, placing them in an incubator. Interestingly, they were only a few days older than Zayda’s babies.

Upon hearing about the arrival of the newborn kittens, Zayda’s curiosity was piqued, and she began her search for them. After a brief quarantine period to safeguard the health of the little ones, Zayda was given access to their nursery. In no time, she had made herself comfortable in the incubator and taken charge of looking after the babies. “She practically insisted that I hand them over to her,” the caretaker remarked.

Zayda’s family of four welcomed two new kittens, Hermes and Hera, who snuggled up to each other in a clowder. Zayda adored her precious litter, showing them unconditional love as they grew and learned to walk, wrestle, and explore. The playful kittens kept their mother on her toes, making for an exciting household.

The little felines have made great progress in the past few weeks, and are now enjoying their meals using a dish like pros. Their playful nature is becoming more evident as they dash around the space, leaping at each other and causing all sorts of mischief.

However, Zayda recently got some much-needed time to herself to unwind. But whenever she sees one of her babies in need of attention or care, she rushes over to offer a comforting bath or a warm cuddle.
