This little puppy of three months old refused to leave the side of her deceased brother after he was hit by a vehicle. The devastated puppy stayed with her sibling for two days until a kind-hearted person buried him.

People from the Pixia canton in the southwest of Chipa province have reported seeing two dogs, one gray and one facing forward, lying in the middle of the road.

The brown puppy was guarding itself against the gray door to avoid getting hit by any passing cars. It would jump and bark whenever the door seemed to open. This continued for several days until someone finally took them to a safe location off the side of the road.

Another individual from the audience dug a hole to bury the grey dog. The canine’s brother hurried towards the pit, unwilling to leave his companion.

At last, the dog was found and rescued by the staff members of the animal shelter located in the vicinity where it is currently being taken care of.
