A feline was spotted wandering around the road, meowing for assistance. Eventually, he set sail across the vast sea to reunite with his beloved owner.
Alina Lazaryeva, a member of Kuwait Animal Aid, received a call about an amiable feline who was left at a dumping site. A volunteer promptly went to the location with a carrier and found the cat, who was larger than expected based on a photo. The cat seemed to long for the comforts of indoor living as he followed people to their cars. When the carrier was put down, he voluntarily walked inside. Alina recounted this heartwarming incident to Love Meow.
While roaming the streets of Kuwait, he was discovered abandoned and left to fend for himself. Initially believed to be a small kitten, it quickly became apparent that he was actually a stunning and distinguished gentleman. Sadly, this is an all too familiar scene in Kuwait, with many purebred felines suffering the same fate. Nonetheless, Alina and her dedicated team of volunteers remain steadfast in their efforts to rescue these helpless animals and provide them with the love and care they deserve.
Liam, a young pup of 10-12 months old, was discovered wandering around in the vicinity, searching for a kind soul to rescue him and give him a secure shelter. Fortunately, thanks to the efforts of various animal rescuers, he was taken off the streets promptly. One of the incidents involved him tailing people to their cars. Finally, Liam got lucky as he eventually found a safe haven.
Kuwait Animal Aid is an organization that helps animals in need. Alina, one of their volunteers, decided to take Liam home to foster. This way, Liam had a cozy place to stay while they worked on finding him a permanent home. Over time, Liam grew comfortable around Alina and transformed into an adorable ball of affection. Alina notes that Liam became playful, relaxed, and would purr continuously. It was evident that Liam had begun to trust her and feel at ease in her care.
Once Liam was neutered and received all the necessary medical attention, he found a loving foster home where he began to thrive. Kuwait Animal Aid partners with US-based rescues to ensure that these animals find permanent, loving homes. Hannah Freund and her sister Hailey discovered Liam through Kitty Love Kuwait and were instantly smitten with him. They knew he deserved a forever home and were eager to provide him with one.
Liam found his forever family after undergoing the adoption process, and it was a match made in heaven. Soon enough, he was on his way to Maryland to meet his new mom, Kimberly Ann. Upon landing, a volunteer picked him up and brought him to his new home, where he was welcomed with open arms. The adorable cat, now called Jax, fit snuggly into the loving embrace of his new owner Hannah, almost as if they were meant to be together all along.
Jax, formerly known as Liam, snuggled up with his new owner Kimberly Ann, who he affectionately calls his human mom. According to Kimberly Ann, Jax quickly adapted to his new surroundings and became very fond of her from the very beginning. She described him as a gentle, loving, and cuddly creature who loves spending time with his new family. Hannah, Jax’s new owner, is completely smitten with him and considers him her best friend. Additionally, Hannah’s sister Hailey has also formed a close bond with Jax since his arrival from Kuwait.

Hailey welcomed a darling tabby feline, Xylo (previously known as Donovan from Kitty Love Kuwait), into her home and heart. Meanwhile, Jax went to his very first veterinary checkup with his new family and immediately won over the staff with his charming personality.
When Kimberly Ann took Jax to the vet for the first time in a new continent, he went into the cat carrier without any hesitation. Since then, Jax has been living his best life with his favorite human and is doing really well.
