The pregnant dog strolled down the deserted streets, her belly swollen with life. She had been left behind by her previous owners and left to fend for herself.

Well, it was time to give birth and I knew I needed some assistance. As I walked, my contractions became more frequent and intense.

She could feel her body getting ready for the arrival of her puppies. Frantically, she searched for someone to help her. Eventually, she stumbled upon a neighbor’s house.

With her paw, she made her way to the front door and began scratching it. She whipped and whined, hoping someone would hear her and come to her aid.

However, despite her efforts, the door was opened by people. She waited for hours, hoping that someone would come, but no one did. With all the necessary precautions, she managed to reach a nearby veterinarian’s office.

The veterinarian and their team immediately realized that the dog was in labor and brought her to a room to get ready for delivery. As soon as the midwife started examining the dog, she expressed surprise with a gasp.

The dog was carrying only one or two puppies, but to everyone’s surprise, a total of 12 were born! The vet and his team quickly got to work, getting ready for the delivery.

The dog labored for hours until finally, one by one, the puppies came into the world. The tired mother watched as they were cleaned and weighed, wagging her tail with joy and relief.

At the animal shelter, the abandoned dog found a new home with the veterinarian and their family. Over time, she grew stronger, happier, and more self-assured. The mother dog and her puppies were well-cared for and loved, and they all thrived together, growing up strong and healthy.
