Upon taking him in as a foster volunteer, Amber wasted no time in providing round-the-clock care for the little one. It became clear to her that he was quite weak and had difficulty feeding himself. As it turned out, malnutrition had hindered his growth so much that his head appeared disproportionately large compared to the rest of his body. Despite this setback, the kitten remained determined to fight for his life.

With Amber looking after him, Stanley persevered in his battle to stay alive. Before long, there were signs of improvement and he had gained some essential weight, allowing him to regain his footing on all fours in no time.

As he put on some extra pounds, he noticed a boost in his energy and strength. He became determined to break free from his comfortable cocoon and was not shy about expressing his hunger pangs.

Once seven days had passed, the young fellow began to feed himself without any assistance. This indicated to Amber that he had definitely made a significant improvement in his health and well-being.

At this point, there was nothing that could hinder his progress. Even though he was still small, he exhibited an unwavering ability to keep moving forward.

When Stanley reached three weeks of age, he had put on three times his weight and had a plump belly to show for it. The exciting news was that he was now prepared to mingle with other adorable kittens.

He was acquainted with his sisters, who had been saved as strays.

Cleo, one of the sisters, was easily enchanted by Stanley’s appeal, and they quickly became the closest of confidantes. Although he might have been at a disadvantage in terms of size when he first encountered the sisters, he eventually caught up thanks to his remarkable personality.
